1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the DigitalSnove website or engaging our agency for web development, marketing, AI automation, or design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our service agreements.

2. Professional Services & Deliverables

All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and milestones are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or custom proposals. Any modifications to approved scopes are governed through written change orders agreed upon by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all contractual fees, the client retains complete ownership and intellectual property rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their engagement (including custom source code, website designs, and brand logos), excluding pre-existing open-source libraries or agency proprietary frameworks.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Project milestone payments, deposits, and retainers are invoiced according to the schedule agreed upon in the project proposal. Invoices are payable via approved international wire, credit card, or payment gateways.
